We accept returns only if your jewellery arrives damaged, faulty, or if you’ve received the wrong item. We ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives and get in touch with us within 14 days so we can make it right. We want you to be 100% happy with your sparkle.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label and simple instructions on how and where to send your piece back. Just a heads-up – returns sent without contacting us first won’t be accepted, so be sure to let us know before sending anything back.

At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges – but if your item is damaged or incorrect, we’ll either send a replacement or refund you, depending on what works best for you.

Yes – once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm if the refund has been approved. If it is, we’ll return the money back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund – it might not show up straight away.
